Each pouch is lined with a secure fabric insert to safely hold your pet’s ashes Suitable for scattering, yet elegant enough to keep as a cherished memorial Please Note Keepsakes such as paw or claw prints, fur locks, or feather clippings are not included in this cremation option. If you would like these special keepsakes included, we can assist you with upgrading to our Forever Dignified or Forever Respectful cremation range instead.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Confirmation In-home euthanasia services are coordinated by Forever Paws Pet Cremations and provided by independent, fully qualified mobile veterinarians. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received in full. Payment may be made using Afterpay or PayPal Pay in 4, where available. Payment & Fees The total booking fee includes:- * Coordination of a mobile veterinarian * Veterinary services * Payment processing and administration costs * Seamless transition into aftercare with Forever Paws Pet Cremations * Individual cremation through Forever Paws Pet Cremations using our Forever Affordable Cremation Option, with pricing based on your pet’s weight. Cancellations & Changes Once a veterinarian has been scheduled, part of the service fee may become non-refundable, as costs are committed and payment platform fees are incurred. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always approach these situations with compassion, understanding, and fairness. A full refund may be available when at least one hour’s notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment time. If a cancellation occurs within one hour of the appointment or while the veterinarian is already travelling to your home, a portion of the fee may be retained to cover the veterinarian’s time and travel expenses. If Your Pet Passes Naturally If your pet passes away prior to the scheduled appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. Where possible, we will provide a compassionate partial refund, less any non-recoverable costs and fees already incurred. Aftercare Following the in-home farewell, your pet is brought gently into our care when you are ready. All aftercare services are carried out with dignity, respect and individual attention, in keeping with the Forever Paws Pet Cremations values. Veterinary Care All veterinary assessments, medications and procedures are provided by independent veterinarians. Forever Paws Pet Cremations does not provide veterinary advice or perform medical procedures.
